Your name, email, company if you give one, and the message you wrote. Your language, and which page the form came from.

What this website collects, how long we keep it, and who else sees it.
We sell a product that protects your data. So this page describes what our own site does, plainly, rather than in the language of a legal document.

If you fill in the form
Where it goes
It arrives as an email at info@kavera.com.tr. That email also carries your IP address. A copy is kept on our server; that copy does not contain the IP.
How long it stays
In our mailbox and in the server copy, indefinitely. If you want it deleted, write to us and we delete it.
What we do not do
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising.
If you talk to the assistant
Your message does leave
The text of your question goes to Anthropic's servers so the answer can be generated. That is the only third party on this site, and it is here on purpose: the chatbot on this website is not the private deployment we sell.
What stays on our server
If logging is on: the date, the language, your question, the answer, and a conversation id. Your IP is not stored in the clear — only the first 12 characters of a salted hash of it, which cannot be reversed.
How long it stays
30 days, then the file is deleted automatically. The period is configurable in our admin panel; if we change it, this page changes with it.
It can be switched off
Conversation logging can be turned off completely. While it is off, nothing is written at all.
Right now, conversation logging on this site is ON with a retention of 30 days. This line is read from the server's actual setting, not typed by hand.
Cookies and your browser
One cookie
kv_lang — it holds the language you picked, for a year. There is no identifier in it.
An id that dies with the tab
The chat window keeps a random number in your browser's session storage so a conversation can be saved as one piece. Closing the tab deletes it.
No tracking
No analytics, no pixels, no ad networks, no third-party cookies.
Fonts are ours
The typefaces load from this domain. We do not use Google Fonts; if we did, your IP address would reach Google before you had read a word.
Who sees it besides us
Anthropic
Only what you type to the assistant on this site. Nothing else.
Our hosting provider
Like every web server, it keeps access logs. Those are subject to the provider's own policy.
Nobody else
No one. We do not sell data, share it, or run joint marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for everything we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough — no form, no justification, no waiting period. We send you everything we have, then delete it.
