Kavera is a company registered in Istanbul that does one thing: it deploys and maintains private AI inside companies' own environments.
Why it exists
AI is already being used in every office, permitted or not. In companies that ban it, staff use it from their phones; in companies that allow it, contracts and patient records travel to servers nobody audits. Neither is a good outcome.
The technology that solves this already exists and is open source. The missing piece is not technology: it is somebody to install it, secure it, keep it running, and produce the record you show an auditor. Most companies of 20 to 500 people do not have that team, and do not need to.
That gap is the whole job. We do not train new models and we do not write a new platform. We assemble proven parts, configure them to your rules, and take responsibility for keeping it working.
The rules we work by
These are not marketing lines. They are the rules in the chatbot's system prompt, in the catalogue, and in sales conversations — and you can hold us to them.

We do not name our suppliers
We do not tell customers which provider we rent GPUs from. It is not secrecy: what you buy is the outcome and the responsibility, not a vendor list. If a price or a service degrades, we move you — and we can only promise that if we work this way.

We do not say 100%
No safeguard is perfect. We give you in writing where personal-data masking is strong and where it is weak. If you meet a vendor who claims 100%, ask them which data type they fail on and how often.

We say when you do not need us
If you are a small team without confidential data, a public subscription will serve you for a fraction of our price. We say so on the first call. A customer who pays and regrets it costs us more than a deal we did not take.

We do not give legal conclusions
We build and document the technical safeguards. Whether you comply is your lawyer's decision. We never say "with us you will be compliant", because we are not entitled to say it.

We keep no standing access
We hold no account inside your environment. What reaches us is uptime and error counts, not prompts or document content. If you leave, the deployment stays with you and keeps running.
What we are not
Not a law or consulting firm
We do not interpret regulation. We produce the technical document your lawyer can point at.
Not a medical device vendor
Clinical decision support is a regulated product, and it is not what we sell.
Not a large company
We are new and we do not hide it. We invent neither decades of experience nor anonymous customer references; what we have is the ability to show you how we work.
